Returns Procedure

We are confident you will be pleased with your purchases. However there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. Our Returns Procedure is shown below. Please also refer to our general Terms and Conditions.

Goods will only be accepted for return after we have issued a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

To obtain an RMA number please telephone us on 0845 166 5070 (09.00 – 17.00 weekdays. LoCall rate). Please have your order confirmation reference available when you call. This can be found on the documentation you received with the Goods

Goods for return should be securely packed and the RMA clearly marked on the outside of the package. If there is no visible RMA number then this may lead to delays in processing your return.

Goods should be returned at your cost (unless we have agreed otherwise) to CBS Ltd Westleigh House, Wakefield Road Denby Dale, Huddersfield HD8 8QJ using a traceable and insured delivery agent (e.g. Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery by Royal Mail).

Please note that certain Goods may not be accepted for return.
